DFPP, LLC, doing business as DFPP Agency ("DFPP Agency," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website at dfppagency.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our site, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us through the demo request form on our site. This may include:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your industry
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your email address
• A free-text message describing your business needs

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or cookie-based tracking tools on this site. We do not collect information automatically through cookies, log files, or similar technologies beyond what Netlify (our hosting provider) collects as part of serving the site (such as server-side access logs containing IP addresses and request metadata).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit through the demo request form solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry within one business day
• Discuss your business's automation needs with you
• Follow up on any proposal or project we discuss

We do not use your information for automated marketing campaigns, third-party advertising, or any purpose other than direct sales follow-up. We will not contact you with unsolicited marketing unless you have explicitly agreed to receive it.

3. How Your Information Is Stored

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify Forms, a service provided by Netlify, Inc. Netlify's Privacy Policy governs how they handle this data and is available at netlify.com/privacy. We access your submission through the Netlify dashboard and via email notification sent to our team.

We are a data conduit, not a data host. We do not store your personal information in any proprietary database. If we work together as a client, your business data is processed through automation workflows but always written to systems you own and control — your CRM, your spreadsheets, your email platform. We retain nothing.

4. Data Retention

We retain form submissions in Netlify Forms for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and follow up on any resulting business relationship. If you would like your submission deleted, email us at Brian.Jones@dfppagency.com and we will delete it promptly.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of any future contact from us

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information. To submit a CCPA request, use the email address above.

6. Cookies

We do not set any first-party cookies. Netlify, as our hosting provider, may set a session-related cookie as part of delivering the site and processing form submissions. We have no control over these cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

7. Third-Party Links

Our site contains links to third-party websites (GarageLink, Crossings, DFPP Capital, DFPP Collective, and others). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

8. Children's Privacy

Our site is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
